Description:

A Paint-O-Line used to draw parking bay lines, arrows, numbers, lines, etc. and is suitable for use on bituminous and concrete surfaces. It is tough and abrasion resistant with very good weather durability.

A versatile, fast drying, solvent-free acrylic emulsion line marking paint. It is environment friendly as it is based on a acrylic resin system. The paint confirms to I.S. 164 specifications.

Quick drying Paint-O-Line based on a modified acrylic copolymer emulsion. Fast drying, no pick-up time is ±15min. High durability at recommended dft. Non bleeding on cured bituminous surfaces.

Colours:

A Full of range of colours is available. Colour bars are approximate only. It is recommended that samples are requested to ensure that DUSKLINE meets specific colour requirements.

Product Application:

Air and surface temperature o should be above 10 C. Humidity prolongs drying time so ensure that it is not more than 85%. Do not apply when the temperature is falling or rain is imminent.

Use:

Stir well before use. Using airless spray equipment, use spray tips and between 2000 and 2500 psi (138 to 172 bar) pressure. One coat at the recommended wet film thickness should be sufficient under normal conditions, depending on the texture of the surface. Equipment can be cleaned using clean tap water and detergent if necessary.

Aftercare:

Not normally necessary but can be cleaned using a brush and detergent solution.

Packaging and Storage:

DUSKLINE is supplied in 20 Itr reasonable containers. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from frost. DUSKLINE will be unuseable if it has been allowed to freeze. The recommended storage temperature is 27° C. Shelf life is 6 months under normal conditions.

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from any contamination, including dirt, oil, grease, laitance and curing agents.
