Thermowhite Plus is also a hot melt marking paint, which incorporates more polyester resin in the total formulation than its sibling. Resin is derived from polyester waste that empowers the product to melt at lower temperatures, resulting in excellent adhesion, good reflectivity, skid resistance and high durability making it a supreme product for road marking.

This Thermowhite Plus material is the result of years of research and hard work done by Duskline laboratory. The product is made up of selective use of plasticisized binders, reflective Crystal beads, extenders and pigments.

General Characteristics:

Quick Laying & drying: Thermowhite Plus paint dries within 10-15min, no matter what climate it is, thereby reducing the fuel required to melt the substance.

High durability: Compared to normal road paints, Thermowhite plus is hard wearing and is highly durable under all weather all traffic conditions, its average life span is two to three years under normal to high traffic condition.

Excellent adhesion: The molecules of Thermowhite Plus paint create a strong bond with both bitumen and concrete surfaces, it’s hard to break or peel off the paint from the surface.

Visual visibility: Whether it is day or night, thermowhite plus road marking paint will be clear and visible within enough visual distance. It’s very easy to handle this in daytime since the visibility depends on the quality of the paint. But the visibility in the night depends on the reflective glass beads distribution and the temperature control during application. For immediate effect, high Ratro reflective drop-on beads are recommended at the rate of 250
gm/sq.m.

High skid resistance: Aggregate material of selected sizes are used in the product mixture and tested thoroughly to provide maximum required skid resistance for better road safety.

High Softening Point: A good chemical formulation combined with years of Research and Development has yielded a product of exceptional stability against the effects of UV rays and harsh tropical climate conditions.
